Seize the momentum from FreedomFest!
| The momentum of the Convention of States movement at this moment is palpable. Nineteen of the 34 states required to call an Article V convention to discuss and propose amendments that will reduce the size and scope of the federal government for good have passed our resolution to do so. Already this year, our movement has had a significant presence at influential gatherings such as the NRA Annual Meeting and FreedomFest 2025. Convention of States Action President Mark Meckler delivered two addresses at FreedomFest, reaching a vast array of attendees and other luminaries who are learning about how we hold the solution to stopping the runaway federal government and making sure liberty is amplified. In addition, Regional Director Andrew Lusch headed a band of dedicated volunteers who manned our booth at FreedomFest and gathered over 200 petition signatures – particularly impressive when considering that FreedomFest hosted under 1,500 registrants in all. We are on the move in states from coast to coast, riding the wave of bipartisan support for our efforts and making significant progress in legislatures to not only call an Article V convention, but to be prepared when it is called. But our work is far from complete and our efforts to keep the spark of liberty alive require a significant investment.
