| Join us at the air-conditioned Exposition Center, Table B-908 at the 2025 Wisconsin State Fair. Look for our Convention of States Banner above our table. It’s close to the center of the building. We can tell you about our Article V effort to improve our Federal Government. Why: Have you noticed our Federal Government recently seems to have been dedicated to chaos. But it is not chaos. There are direct consequences to the recent open borders policy madness. If you pack more bodies into Sanctuary Cities, it increases Congressional seats apportionment for those special areas. Open borders allow people to be counted by the upcoming U.S. Census in 2030. The Census does not just count citizens. It counts everyone. Which means Sanctuary Cities gain more seats in the Federal House of Representatives. And very likely cement a permeant majority which means at a minimum the ability to veto any legislation. We have a method to bypass Congress and propose common sense amendments for our U.S. Constitution. Our founders gave it to us in Article V of our U.S. Constitution. One potential amendment we can propose via Article V is for our U.S. Census to count only U.S. Citizens. There are other Washington DC over reaches, including Federal Spending, and lack of Term Limits for our elected officials and the un-elected Administration State.
