Who Defines our Children's Health
immunization bureaucracy CDC
| As more concern over public health arises in the wake of the post COVID era, more Americans are questioning the very science that was supposedly designed to protect health. In particular, are parents who are hard pressed by the current medical standards to hyper-vaccinate their children despite the lack of large studies that examine the collective effect of these vaccines over time. Recently, a federal lawsuit was filed against the CDC for pushing the now 72 childhood vaccine schedule. In fact, the Institute of Medicine published a report in 2013 {Epoch Times} that showed the federally recommended vaccines from birth to 6 years had not been fully scientifically evaluated. The Department of Health & Human Services is supposed to receive updates on vaccine safety every other year yet no reports have been officially filed since 1998. Chronic diseases like autism, asthma and auto-immune linked issues have drastically increased in childhood. Yet the CDC has remained rigid in the schedule of vaccines and has punished doctors who challenge the standard. These red flags have been suppressed by the CDC for far too long and the public is now demanding accountability. Quite blatantly the CDC has violated policy and procedures under the federal Administrative Procedure Act {APA}. This agency has not fulfilled its required transparency with the public and parents in particular. {McCullough Foundation} So how can parents make informed decisions about their child’s health without the risk of harm? This current lawsuit is seeking to classify childhood vaccines Category B with a shift to shared decision making with pediatricians and making medical exemptions easier to obtain. It also calls for rigorous study and protects doctors from retaliation for using sound medical judgement. While these developments are a positive step for parents to empower them in vaccine decisions, the overreach of the CDC into the lives of individuals requires a challenge at the Constitutional level. Presently, a movement called Convention of States seeks to limit power by federal bureaucrats and agencies under Article V of the Constitution. By supporting this grassroots process we can secure a safer healthier future for our children as the states would be influential in limiting the current power of the CDC. Please join the efforts in your state to give parents the freedom to decide. Learn more: www.ConventionofStates.com. |
