TIME IS NOW - MONTANA LEGISLATURE COMMITTEES MEET TOMORROW

TOMORROW (JANUARY 24TH) IS A VERY IMPORtANT DAY FOR MONTANA CONVENTION OF STATES ACTION TEAM:

The House of Representatives Business and Labor Committee meets on the Article V Resolution (HJ 5) and
Senate Judiciary Committee meets on the Delegation Selection Bill (SB 120)

We need 2 minutes of your time to help Montana be the 20th state to get approved for an Article V meeting.

Remember the 3 proposed resolutions are:

* Propose Term Limits
* Impose fiscal restraints
* Reduce the size and power of the federal government

Steve Fitzpatrick is your House of Representative and he is on the committee - he wants to hear from his constituents ….YOU.

You can email him at [email protected] or call and/or text him at 406-750-6764.

Let Steve know you want him to support HJ 5 the Resolution for an Article V Convention and tell him why. Tell him the town you are from so he knows you are in his district…this is important to the legislators.

SB-120 needs to be supported and approved also …this bill is the “Delegation Selection Bill” it is the bill that guarantees accountability for the delegates/commissioners who are sent to the Article V Convention. If you are able to mention this in your correspondence with your representative that would be great.
