| When you think of Dean Jeffery volunteering for Wisconsin Convention of States Action (COSA) you think of his large friendly smile. Dean is a strong leader, gifted with the ability to state things in a concise and accurate way. He is a huge member of our Wisconsin Team. Dean signed the petition in July of 2020. And joined COSA leaders in February of 2021 as a State Content Writer. Since then, he has been active with COSA. He ranks 6th in Wisconsin with17,271 Action Points. 4th in TelePatriot calls and texts.  Dean is the lead for Wisconsin’s F3 – Federalism, Freedom, & Fundamental Rights advocacy process. He has done a great job with the Wisconsin Legislature passing the Parental Rights bill, which WI Governor Evers vetoed. In addition to being a State Content Writer, Dean is a District Captain for Oshkosh, WI, Social Media Warrior, is on the Regional Captain Team, is a TelePatriot Director and Volunteer. Dean is willing to travel with WI COSA. One of Dean’s activities is organizing and workingpublic events. He manned the booth in Milwaukee at the American Legion Convention in 2023. He was the lead for security for Wisconsin COSA engaging the GOP Convention in downtown Milwaukee in 2024. Dean is also a Biblical Citizenship Coach, and ran two series of Biblical Citizenship classes in 2023. He frequents County Fairs, and other large events in the North East Region. He even drove to Walworth County Fair this past summer to work our table. Recently, he drove to St. Charles, Illinois to hear COSA Co-Founder Mark Meckler talk. He always attends the Wisconsin State Team Meetings the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. He also is a fixture attending the Wisconsin Communications Team Meetings the first and third Wednesdays of each month.  Dean’s work life was with fortune 100 Companies as a Project Manager. He worked in the United States and had clients across the globe. In all of Dean’s work his thoughtfulness and persistence shines through. He often has insights that are very helpful for the WI COSA Team.
