Close to home Saturday morning, you will be heard in Richmond.
| To maximize your impact in Richmond, go no further than Woodbridge on Saturday morning. From 9:30am to 11:00am, February 3, State Senator George Barker (39th/part of Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William County) and Delegate Hala Ayala (51st/part of Prince William County) are holding a town hall meeting at the McCoart Building, Prince William County Government Center (1 County Complex Ct. Woodbridge, VA). It is critical for COS supporters like you to take advantage of this opportunity and show support for our identical joint resolutions working their way through the House of Delegates and Senate: House Joint Resolution (HJ) 49 and Senate Joint Resolution (SJ) 31. If passed, these resolutions will remove uncertainty about how the General Assembly will choose, instruct, and constrain the commissioners it selects to an Article V convention. Politics is a game of numbers. Join us Saturday so that Senator Barker and Delegate Ayala vote YES on HJ49 and SJ31. |
