| A Thanksgiving Message from State Director Greg Clements As we approach Thanksgiving, it is important to appreciate the many blessings that we have experienced throughout our lives. One of those blessings that we should all agree on is the very celebration of Thanksgiving itself, because it gives us all the formal opportunity to be humble and thankful. We should be humble and thankful every day of our lives, and yet hubris and entitlement have crept into our consciences and often prevent that. Click here for the rest of the article. _______________________________________ Tennessee Volunteers Step Up The last State Director's Meeting of the year was a resounding success, with 25 in attendance to support the Convention of States movement. The meeting was held in Jackson TN, at the VFW Hall. VFW veterans were in attendance to learn more about our our movement. This day will be spent visiting with our representatives, thanking them for their continued support of our passed COS resolution, and introducing new representatives to the COS grassroots supporters within their own districts in our state. It's a perfect time to introduce yourself! Don't worry if this is your first time to meet your representatives. Your state team will be partnering with you.
