The lies against our Framers laid bare
| Nothing vexes me more than state legislators who take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and then turn around to spread disinformation, rendering an essential check on the federal government inert–all while righteously proclaiming to revere the Constitution. It is the con of the century. I used to give those state legislators some leeway, thinking they just need to be presented with the historical facts to come to their senses. However, after working with these duplicitous legislators, I have discovered that they are not looking for historical facts. They pointedly reject them. So it is not ignorance that keeps them from honoring the Constitution, they are studiously abdicating their responsibility, because they fear it will actually work to save the Union of the United States. What they want at their core is the disunion of the states. They want secession. They want single nation states. Like the radical left, they want the country to fail, because they believe that our origin was illegitimate. They harbor resentment that the Constitution was even drafted and formed the United States of America. The Convention of States Resolution was recently voted upon on the Montana Senate floor. Senator Manzella not only rejected historical facts, but she doubled down on her John Birch Society disinformation and used the opportunity to spread her contemptible fear-mongering disinformation. They do not and should not be put on trial in every state legislature in America. We have to serve our states and our country better by vetting potential legislators before they are elected as a public servant, because too many of these Constitution-deniers are infiltrating our legislatures.
