The CO2 pipeline battle continues in South Dakota, even after successful debates, votes, and governor approval. House Bill 1052 was just one of the items in the 2025 session. Here is a news article highlighting the continued battle: Will Summit get a 3rd chance on a CO2 route?

Representative Karla Lems, prime sponsor of HB 1052, continues to fight for property rights in South Dakota. We are looking to show support for her efforts and let her know that we back her in the battle against eminent domain regarding the CO2 Pipeline issue happening here in South Dakota.
