SIA On-Boarding Process

1. New SIA On-Boarding process is completed solely by the State Leadership teams.

2. A new SIA applicant in the “open/in process” status is contacted by the state team (SD or SGC).

3. The National SIA team will assist in vetting the new applicant if requested by the State Team.

4. During the on-boarding phase, the new applicant can access more information and the manual

on the

5. Once the New SIA has been “Assigned“ by the State Team, the national team will send out a

welcome email, direct them to the

SIA Training Center

, invite them to a one-on-one Citizen

Builder training session and provide information for them to join the national team on a welcome

zoom call.

Note:

The National Team will send a welcome email to the New SIA. The Regional Director, State

Grassroots Coordinator, State Director, and SIA National Training Coordinator will be carbon

copied on the email.
