 Convention of States TelePatriot The Call that Helps Save the Country iPhone Edition  The Tool TelePatriot App on your Phone 2 iPhone Edition  TelePatriot Missions are one way we can influence the PROCESS School Board Elections – Get Out the Vote (GOTV) – Support to Legislators Call your legislator to support COS Mission 3 iPhone Edition  The Call The Easiest Part of all! 4 iPhone Edition  Go into your TelePatriot App through your COSAction app. When you open the app, click on ‘ TelePatriot ’. Select the appropriate mission. You will see the person you will call and their number. Click the three buttons at the top and the script will appear. 5 1 2 3 4 iPhone Edition  Your phone will call the number. Swipe up to return to ‘mission’. Choices when you complete your call Click on Pre-Formed for notes. This is your script to read. 6 5 6 7 8 iPhone Edition  Click on the one you want to use. Call Summary Screen Next comes the Follow up! 7 9 10 iPhone Edition  The Follow up ▪ There are ways to provide Follow up – a voice mail is left in conjunction with the call when you reach the voice mail instead of a person. ▪ To send the other Follow up, go back to History and select the number you wish to send follow up to. This can be done one call at a time or multiple calls at once after you have left your messages/spoken to people. ▪ When you click on the number, you will see the Add Follow up Message - Email or Text. 8 iPhone Edition  Click on ‘History’ to start adding additional Follow up. Click the type of follow up you want and select ‘pre - formed’. The email will appear; click ‘Save’ and it will send. On the Call Summary screen, to add a text, click on ‘Add Follow up’ 9 12 11 13 14 iPhone Edition  Select ‘pre - formed’ option and then click ‘Save’. The pre-formed text message will appear. Click ‘Save’. Your Follow up text has been sent! If you have another Follow up to add, Click ‘Add Follow up’. 10 ‘Send’ the text to the recipient. 16 15 17 18 iPhone Edition  11 If you want to include a Note, select ‘Add Note” on the previous call summary screen, type your note and click ‘Save’. 19 iPhone Edition  TelePatriot Housekeeping • Be kind to other TelePatriots 12 iPhone Edition  General Housekeeping Rules • Make your notes clearly state your communication intent • Unless the mission requests two attempts, remove from queue if the user is busy, not available or no anwer 13 iPhone Edition  Tags • Tags are required for some missions • If a tag is required, select ‘Assign tags’ • Select Tag Number 14 iPhone Edition  15 Remove from queue… If a tag is required, select ‘Assign tags’ Click on the tag number to select. 20 21 22 iPhone Edition  Success!!!
