Teaching Pakistani Music to Pakistanis?

Foreign Aid money is unaccounted for or wasted, why?

Washington spent $75,776 of our hard-earned dollars to teach music, arrange concerts, and document folk songs in Pakistan. US Agency for International Development (USAID) granted money to a Pakistani organization (Gulmit, based in Pakistan) to preserve the Pakistan language and culture by arranging cultural events in Pakistan. The irony is that those dollars were spent to make people do what they were already doing.

USAID publishes the project as ‘NIGHTINGALES OF PAMIR, Saviors of a dying language & culture in Pakistan.’ Imagine Washington as a savior of the dying culture in Pakistan. What about the issues in the US?

Last year, $25.64 billion were dispersed by USAID. Unfortunately, and to make this worse, almost half (say $10 Billion) of the USAID funds are unaccounted for, wasted, or lost outside the US. What about the needs in the US?
