Strategized and Mobilized

On Saturday, May 3rd the Convention of States Action Team held our annual State Strategy Session in Pasadena, Maryland. In attendance were Maryland state leaders and volunteer activists from across the state: Lusby, Frederick, Hampstead, Bel Aire, Glen Burnie, Pocomoke, Mt. Airy, and Sharpsburg.

It was an extremely engaging & productive day focused on a review of the past year and goal setting for the next year. Volunteers Mike Tedeschi and Joy Fernon were awarded Patriot Pins for their hard work and dedication to COS over the past year.

We came away with a Wildly Important Goal to design & launch our COS Action Maryland web landing page that supports our strategy to connect with people on issues they care about & teach them how to make a difference by December 2025.

Our Maryland team's priority is to GROW OUR GRASSROOTS ACTIVIST ARMY INTO LEADERS. We need leaders to take our team to the next level and gain more traction in Annapolis and at the local level. We are reminded that every interaction is an opportunity to  express our appreciation to petition signers and challenge ourselves to activate our volunteers.

Attendees visited the video booth to answer the questions: Why do you support COS and How does COS Action Maryland help you make a difference?

You can make a video and send it to us!
