After chatting with Karla this morning and again with Heidi earlier this afternoon, I believe this is the correct action as described by Kimberly Hogan to LINK the Newsletter into a CONTENT/ FILE for future use by DCs to send their own Email Blasts, with local content as they choose to add to Supporters in their respoective HDs.
