Have you viewed the area on a map? Are you familiar with those areas? 3/7: As a Regional Captain you will essentially be serving as a team leader of a group of District Captains. How would you describe your leadership style? What traits and skills would you say you possess that would make you a good team leader? 4/7: Regional Captains must serve as a trainer, mentor, problem solver and communication facilitator. Please explain how you would go about fulfilling these roles?
