Prayer Warriors Battle Plan - March 2021
Attachment: 2217/PrayerGuide_Mar2021.pdf
![]() Prayer Warriors Battle Plan March 2021 March Events and Requests Many grassroots volunteers look at the chaos in our nation and are discouraged. Pray for them to seek the Lord and wait on Him with faith for his purposes to be fulfilled. Continue to specifically lift up legislative success in key states: WI, SC, NE, WV, OH, and PA. Pray for open hearts of minds and that supportive legislators will keep their promises. Pray for Jason Girard who has been promoted to National Grassroots Director and Ginny Rapini as her focus has shifted to mentoring and discipleship. Liberty Prayer Focus For many years James Dobson has been a leader in our country advocating not only for faith but for legislation that reflects biblical values and supports the family. He is also an endorser of Convention of States. Check out this discussion that involves COS President Mark Meckler . Pray for the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute, that God will enlarge their influence and bless them with abundant resources. Also ask for opportunities for Dr. Dobson and his associates to spread the COS message. Scripture of the Month Those who wait on the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not be weary; they will walk and not faint. —Isaiah 40:31 Lord, as one of the prayer points below shows, some COS volunteers are discouraged and anxious as we see the chaos in our nation. It’s easy to listen to the voice of our enemy and believe that there is no hope for America and that efforts are futile. Teach us, Father God, to wait on you, to understand your heart and your ways. Give us strength, encouragement, and fortitude to perse- vere in spite of obstacles and set-backs. Send the wind of your Spirit under our wings to enable us to soar into your purposes. Pray for a leg- islator in both chambers to carry the bill. 8 New Hampshire: pray for success of the late filing option as we move beyond the commit- tee hearing in February. 9 Pray for Robert Brown, an active member of the John Birch Society and strong COS opponent. Ask God to give him a heart for truth. 10 Pennsylvania: pray for chief sponsors in both chambers who will be great COS champions, and a reduction in the influence of opposing legislators this term. 11 Call on God to raise up journalists to report accurately on the COS movement, and pray for a return to journalistic integrity. 12 Maine: pray for the official filing of the resolution and increasing supporter engagement.
