Grant success to your servant this day, and let him find favor with this man”—for I was cupbearer to the king. —Nehemiah 1:11 Lord, just as in Nehemiah’s day, our nation is in need of restoration. The walls of our nation are broken and our gates are burnt, and we have a great rebuilding to do. But we need favor from those in positions of authority and influence. Please move the hearts of legislators to provide their vote and political influence to support the restoration of our Founding Fathers’ vision. Raise up more influential cultural leaders and give them voices to advocate for this work. And give us the courage and energy to do our part in rebuilding the walls in the spheres where you have placed us.
