Pray for our State Team Volunteers to remain 

active and engaged in our mission to grow the

Pray that God will encourage more people to 

step up and help our movement in the state.

California (CA) 

Please pray for our work with a potential 

Senate sponsor for the COS resolution and our 

work on 34Ready legislation beginning in 

January.

Colorado (CO) 

Pray for our legislative session beginning on 

January 8th and for follow up from our Surge 

Day being held the same day. Pray for favor

with our legislators and for those who are 

supporters in our legislatures to continue in 

boldness. Pray our grassroots are inspired and 

become more engaged out of our Surge Day.

Connecticut (CT) 

Pray for our new strategy to reach goals for 

recruiting more active volunteers and DCs, and 

for our work educating state legislators on an 

Article V Convention and its positive e

ff

ects for 

the country. Pray that our success leads to a 

hearing on the resolution. Praise God that we 

submitted the resolution this month.

Delaware (DE) 

Pray for all members of the activist team, 

especially leaders, both past and present. Pray 

for divine guidance and discernment as the 

team charts a course forward in 2025; asking 

the LORD to let the Holy Spirit flow through 

team DE and that activists on the team will find 

it in their hearts to step up into leadership 

positions in order to strengthen the mission of 

building the largest grassroots activist group in 

American history.

DE would also like to request prayers for ALL 

legislators who serve the State, may they all 

have a happy, safe, productive and blessed

Florida (FL)




Pray for our legislators to begin preparations 

for an Article V convention by creating a 

working group to improve on our 34ready 

legislation (Florida Statute 11.93) and 

beginning discussion on possible 

amendments.

Georgia (GA) 

Please pray for the Georgia team to overcome 

challenges and capitalize on opportunities 

arising out of their January 21st rally at the 

capitol.

Hawaii (HI) 

Please pray that there are great outcomes 

which come from COS General Council, 

Robert Kelly, attending our opening day for 

Hawaii's State Legislature and from our surge 

on January 22nd. Please continue to pray for 

the continued e

ff

orts we are holding every 

Wednesday through February 26th.

Idaho (ID) 

Please pray that the Lord moves in the minds 

and hearts of Idaho legislators to see the 

wisdom of an Article V Convention. Pray that 

God strengthens our trust in him for results as 

we faithfully do the work before us and live out 

the change we wish to see. Pray that we might 

embody Paul's words in Galatians 6:9, “Let us 

not become weary in doing good, for at the 

proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not 

give up.”

Illinois (IL) 

Pray for God's guidance on upcoming 

meetings with the Speakers of the House and 

Illinois (IL) cont. 

the Senate in IL and for us to be guided to the 

most e

ff

ective plans for our Surge Day at the 

capitol on March 13th. Pray also that God 

leads us to the guest speaker He wants for the 

IL Rotunda event at noon on our Surge Day.

Indiana (IN) 

Pray for the successful amending of our 

34Ready legislation and for our volunteers to 

develop true friendships with their legislators.

Iowa (IA) 

Pray that God strengthens the Iowa team to 

continue in perseverance with the work we 

have before us in pursuing our mission. 

Kansas (KS) 

Pray that the federal judge in Topeka will find in 

favor of the plainti

ff

s in Thompson v. 

Masterson, et al. and that the decision will be 

rendered soon as our Legislative Session 

began January 13th.

Kentucky (KY) 

Pray that God strengthens the Kentucky team 

to continue in perseverance with the work we 

have before us in pursuing our mission. 

Louisiana (LA) 

Please pray for many opportunities and 

outcomes to come out of the Louisiana team’s 

first event of the new year, the “Central Gulf 

Coast Boat, Sport, and RV Show” held on 

January 10-12th.

Maine (ME) 

Pray that God strengthens the Maine team to 

continue in perseverance with the work we 

have before us in pursuing our mission. 

Maryland (MD) 

Pray that God strengthens the Maryland team 

to continue in perseverance with the work we 

have before us in pursuing our mission. 

Massachusetts (MA) 

Please pray for adequate sponsors, including 

some Democratic, to come forward for our 

Article V resolution and 34Ready legislation. 

Pray for steady growth of our grassroots 

activists team.

Please also pray for ALL legislators who serve 

the MA Commonwealth, may God lead them 

all to have a happy, safe, productive and 

blessed 2025.

Michigan (MI) 

Pray that God would unite Michigan legislators 

around our 34Ready legislation and open the 

doors necessary to allow it to be introduced 

the second half of January.

Minnesota (MN) 

Please pray for the submission of our Article V 

Resolution and 34Ready legislation this 

session, which began on January 13th. Pray 

for our volunteers and legislative liaisons to 

have strength, patience, focus and persistence 

when working with legislators to educate them 

for great understanding of an Article V 

Convention. Pray that God will do the work to 

develop many open minds this year.

Mississippi (MS) 

Pray for our State Team Volunteers to remain 

active and engaged in our mission to grow the 

grassroots army of Self-Governed Citizen 

Activists.

Missouri (MO) 

Pray that our Commissioner Selection Bill is 

successful in our House and Senate and that 

the Governor signs the legislation. This is our 

4th attempt in getting it passed. Pray that God 

gives us the endurance to keep up our e

ff

orts 

trusting Him to bring about results.

Montana (MT) 

Pray that God strengthens the Montana team 

to continue in perseverance with the work we 

have before us in pursuing our mission. 

Nebraska (NE) 

Pray that God brings about many positive 

opportunities for the Nebraska team out of our 

State Rally at the capitol on January 13th. Pray 

for wisdom to work intelligently and trust God 

as we faithfully serve our state.

Nevada (NV) 

Pray that God strengthens the Nevada team to 

continue in perseverance with the work we 

have before us in pursuing our mission. 

New Hampshire (NH) 

Pray that God leads us to Senate sponsors for 

our Article V Resolution. Pray for our 

Representatives in the House to be open to 

our Resolution already filed with them.

New Jersey (NJ) 

Please pray for New Jersey's April Surge 

event. Pray that God helps us prepare a 

meaningful event that produces opportunities 

and excitement for our mission. Pray for safety 

in travel.

New Mexico (NM) 

Pray that God strengthens the New Mexico 

team to continue in perseverance with the 

work we have before us in pursuing our 

mission. 

New York (NY) 

Pray that God strengthens the New York team 

to continue in perseverance with the work we 

have before us in pursuing our mission. 

North Carolina (NC) 

Pray for the perseverance of our team after 

many trials in 2024. Pray for our state as we 

rebuild from the destruction of the hurricane. 

Pray for God to work miracles in the hearts of 

our legislators toward our Resolution. Pray that 

God gives us the ability to process our grief 

and anger over obstacles in our legislative 

bodies in 2024 and to remain faithful to God's 

call on our lives by persevering in kindness and 

love through 2025.

North Dakota (ND) 

Please pray for great outcomes and 

opportunities to arise out of our Grassroots 

Surge to the Capitol in Bismarck on January 

21st.

Ohio (OH) 

Please pray for courage, decisiveness, and 

boldness on the part of our new House 

Speaker, Hu

ff

man, and Senate President, 

McColley, in prioritizing the passage for our 

Article V Resolution in 2025. Pray that our 

team continues in perseverance and 

faithfulness to God's call regardless of 

outcomes.

Oklahoma (OK) 

Join us in praying for all our fellow state teams 

who are still working to pass our Article V 

Resolution. Pray that God assures them of his 

steadfast commitment to our freedom and is 

working for the good of all those who love 

Him. Pray that God convicts us all that it is by 

the Lord as our advocate and not our own 

work that we will accomplish the mission He 

has placed on our hearts. 

Pray also for successful passage of our Article 

V Commissioners Penalty Bill, for our team to 

build fruitful relationships with newly elected 

legislators, and for more sponsors to take up 

support of our passed resolution when a key 

commissioner terms out. Pray for a change in 

understanding and spirit to occur in those who 

still speak only fear about an Article V process.

Oregon (OR) 

Please pray that inactive team members be 

inspired to re-engage with our e

ff

orts as we 

reach out to them in January. Pray for 

perseverance of our team in the “planting 

phase” we are in. And pray that God gives 

us wisdom in how to connect with 

Millennials and Gen Z members of our 

state.

Pennsylvania (PA) 

Pray for continued progress for our e

ff

orts 

in Pennsylvania and for God to give us 

renewed energy and excitement as we 

begin our work in 2025.

Rhode Island (RI) 

Pray that God gives us wisdom and 

courage for members of the Rhode Island 

House State Government and Elections 

Committee as they consider our Article V 

Resolution. Pray that they are open and 

curious to take time to truly listen and 

engage with our grassroots movement 

behind the e

ff

ort. Pray that they are 

courageous to explore the proposal 

thoughtfully, meet with those who advocate 

for it, and ultimately to have the bravery to 

pass the resolution out of committee. 

Above all pray for them to act with integrity 

and for the benefit of all the citizens they 

represent.

South Carolina (SC) 

Pray for us to have many opportunities in 

building our team out of our South Carolina

Surge Day on January 15th. Pray that the 

discussion we had after the event leads us 

to wise strategy and priorities for our team 

in 2025.

South Dakota (SD) 

Pray for our team in a rebuilding stage, 

specifically that God would give us 

opportunities to build a strong team and 

grow excitement in South Dakota for an 

Article V Convention.

Tennessee (TN) 

Pray for our State Team Volunteers to 

remain active and engaged in our mission 

to grow the grassroots army of Self-

Governed Citizen Activists.

Texas (TX) 

Pray for the Texas team as we focus on 

passing HJR98 in the state's legislative 

session from January through May of this 

year. Our original resolution had an 

expiration date for 2025. Pray that we are 

able to pass our new resolution out of the 

State A

airs Committee and Calendars 

Committee and for a majority to vote yes 

on the floor by May 4th. Pray for the Texas 

team to have the wisdom and strength as 

we seek to educate legislators and citizens 

about an Article V Convention.

Utah (UT) 

Pray for our State Team Volunteers to 

remain active and engaged in our mission 

to grow the grassroots army of Self-

Governed Citizen Activists.

Vermont (VT) 

Please pray that God provides many 

opportunities after our Team visit to the 

Vermont State House on January 24. Pray 

for our grassroots team that is new to 

visiting and meeting with legislators and 

please pray for successful and positive first 

meetings with legislators. Pray that God 

gives us wisdom to follow up on all these 

activities in the days to come.

Virgina (VA) 

Pray that God provides us with the right 

State Director who can bring energy and 

creativity to the mission in Virginia.

Washington (WA) 

Pray for continued growth of our team and 

for excitement among our grassroots in 

growing an active and self-governing army.

West Virginia (WV) 

Please pray for our legislature to pass the 

Faithful Delegate Act this session, also for 

passage of parents’ rights. Pray for more 

volunteers to lead our West Virginia team 

and bring excitement and creative ideas for 

continuing to pursue our mission as a 

passed state.

Wisconsin (WI) 

Pray that God continues to grow our team 

and energizes folks around our mission to 

grow an active self-governing grassroots.

Wyoming (WY) 

Pray for God to help successfully follow-up 

on our event at the capitol on January 16th.  

Pray that the legislators who had breakfast 

with Rick Santorum continue in support or 

develop an open heart to an Article V 

Convention and that our grassroots are 

inspired for the work to come. Keep Rick 

Santorum in prayers as he visits many 

states this legislative season, for safe 

travel, wisdom, favor among those he 

meets with, and energy for all he is called 

to do. Pray for all our grassroots to 

continue in perseverance in all we are
