The Power of Prayer

“praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with
all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints”

(Ephesians 6:18)

Praying is an important part of the fight against spiritual powers of evil. Paul encourages us to
pray at all times “in the Spirit”, meaning that when we pray, we rely on the power of God’s
Spirit in us and not our own. We are called by Paul encourages all believers to persevere in
their supplication for one another, so lift your voice for all of God’s faithful to remain strong
and firmly in God’s will.

Daily Prayer Guide for October 2024

4:

Pray for the states that have already

begun early in person voting; Idaho,
Minnesota, South Dakota, Virginia,
Vermont, Illinois, North Dakota, and
Oklahoma.

5 & 6 NM:

Pray for our team effort for a

candidate advocacy campaign contacting
voters in selected districts. Pray for truth to
make its way to everyone who will cast a
ballot this election and for God’s blessings
on all the volunteers taking part.

7:

Pray for California, Maine, Montana, and

Nebraska who all begin early voting today.

8 TX:

Please pray that from now until the

end of the year that Texas gets the 76
pledges to support the removal of the
expiration date. We have 11 more to go.
And pray for Indiana and New Mexico,
Ohio, and Wyoming who begin early voting
today

9:

Pray for Arizona who begins early voting

today.

10 KY:

Pray for healing for Former State

Director Jim Ball who has become deaf due
to Meniere's Disease and is facing two more
surgeries to try to restore his hearing. He'd
like to get back to the team and we need
him back on the team.

11 MT:

Prayers for our Grassroots that they

see and understand how each one of them
CAN make a difference in saving our
country. All they need to do is accept that
any little thing they can do will help. Right
now we need them to reach out to their
Legislators and/or Candidates and let them
know that they need to support our
resolution in the 2025 Legislative session.

12 MI:

Praise God for everything He is

doing in Michigan. Pray that His anointing
would fall in Michigan and on the Michigan
team. Pray that champions would come
forth in the MI House and the MI Senate and
that there would be bi-partisan support in
both chambers. Pray that the people of
Michigan would rise up and take back the
land for righteousness and justice and that
God would use the Michigan team to
achieve His purpose in Michigan. Pray that
God would be glorified.

13 SC:

Prayers for Healing for SC former

Legislative Liaison, Dr. Sam McDonald III,
and his wife Nadine, from heart disease and
lupus.

14 WV:

Please pray for our team strategy

meeting that we will do God's will.

15:

Pray for Georgia who begins early

voting today.

16:

Pray for Iowa, Kansas, Oregon, Rhode

Island, and Tennessee who all begin early
voting today.

17 OR:

Pray for strength and a wall of

protection around the COS movement on
the West Coast as they face cultures of toxic
wokeness. Pray God keeps us from attacks
by malicious members of that culture and
equips our volunteers with wisdom and
courage to do what we need to in growing
the grassroots and mission of COS. Pray for
North Carolina who begin early voting today.

Pray for Louisiana and Washington who

begin early voting today.

19:

Pray for Massachusetts and Nevada

who begin early voting today.

20 KY:

Pray for healing for District Captain

Diane Angelly and Veterans Coalition Team
Member Bob Chatelain dealing with health
issues.

21:

Pray for Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado,

Connecticut, South Carolina, and Texas who
all begin early voting today.

22:

Pray for Hawaii, Missouri, Pennsylvania,

Utah, and Wisconsin who all begin early
voting today.

23:

Pray for West Virginia who begins early

voting today.

24:

Pray for Maryland who begins early

voting today.

25:

Pray for Delaware who begins early

voting today.

26:

Pray for Florida, Michigan, New Jersey,

and New York who begin early voting today.

27 SC:

Pray for healing for the nephew of

Legislative Liaison Chris Poyatt, Nathaniel
Bell battling cancer. Pray for healing for
former Regional Captain Rick Moessner
also battling cancer. Pray for healing for
Robert Cahaly, former COS SC advisor/
lobbyist from kidney trouble.

28:

Pray for Washington, DC who begins

early voting today.

29 KY:

Pray for healing for former State

Director Brett Greene who is still wrestling
with health issues of his previous liver
transplant and chronic leg/foot swelling and
pain.

30:

Pray for Alabama, Mississippi, and New

Hampshire who do not offer early voting but
are preparing for election day in November.

31:

Pray for Kentucky who begins early

voting today.
