Spiritual freedom was the impetus behind America’s founding. The people regularly
went to God in prayer. Thus, America led the world with industrial, cultural and
innovative revolutions. Our best comes from God. Pray that America will return to her
best again! It is a promise - speak it!

Romans 1:20

Daily Prayer Guide for October 2023

1 - OH:

Please pray for our SD, Bill Scott's

daughter, who is in the final weeks of a

high-risk pregnancy, that the baby be

delivered safely and healthy.

2 - MA:

LORD please touch the hearts of

all who attend our 10/3/23 monthly

meetings and instill a desire within them to

participate in practice and delivery of our

testimony before the General Court in the

effort to move the COS Resolution H3541

forward out of committee.

3 - TX:

Through Oct 15th, continue to pray

for our TX State Leadership Summit and

that the TX Governor adds to the special

session the removal of the expiration date

of TX’s COS application.

4 - VA:

Prayers that the many efforts of

both State and National Volunteers would

be successful in electing significant

majorities in both houses of the Virginia

Legislature supportive of COS this Nov.

Early voting began September 22nd.

5 - MD:

Maria Bedard gives thanks for

recovering from an auto accident; pray for

Seth Lipko and family on their travels to

TX for the funeral of a loved one; pray for

the improved health of Jim McQueen’s

father; and for Will Zwart & Sam Duerkop

in their endeavors as COS Interns.

6 - OR:

Thanking God in advance for the

new team members He is sending our

way; we pray for His help in raising up new

leaders in Oregon according to His will.

7 - SC:

Praise and thanksgiving that

former Legislative Liaison Dr. Sam

McDonald III and his wife Nadine are

slightly better. Prayers for their continued

healing and strengthening please. It was

largely because of Sam that COS passed

in SC. They have both suffered medical

hardships. Sam has had significant kidney

issues and Nadine has had multiple

surgeries on her shoulders.

8 - CO:

Please pray for a new Regional

Director for the Wild West Region and for

the Colorado team to increase in active

volunteers so that we may make a bigger

impact in 2024.

9 - WY:

Please pray over our Legislators,

for God to open their hearts to COS and

let them see that there are dark forces at

work in our country that are trying to turn

them away from God. Let them see they

are being manipulated by evil forces.

10 - ID:

Regional Captain Marty Frantz’s

wife, Cindy, is still struggling with intense

back pain triggered by her post knee

surgery. We pray that she has a good

doctor who will help her find relief; our

District Captain Doug Rich continues to

need prayer as he goes through physical

therapy after a bad fall.

11 - KY:

Please pray for volunteer Dr. Amy

Redford’s 28 year old son Greyson, who is

missing. His father committed suicide in

2016 and Greyson stopped taking his

medication. He was found in Tampa, FL

but won’t seek help and actively avoids

those who love him. All they can do now is

hope and pray. Thank you for caring, and

thank you for your prayers. We deeply

appreciate you.

12 - TN:

Pray for DC Nancy Parkinson’s

first Block Walking mission that God will

provide sufficient volunteers, guide their

footsteps, and grant them favor with

everyone they meet.

13 - ID:

Bobbie Hoene's 11-month-old

granddaughter, Grace, is still in need of

prayers for her health as doctors have not

been able to diagnose her specific issue to

be able to treat it.

14 - MT:

Pray for Cliff Sisko's wife who

needs complete healing from a medical

issue.

15 - FL:

We pray for God to give us favor

with school administrators so they will

permit us to offer our Constitution

presentation in the schools.

16 - NC:

Our State Director had to step

down for personal reasons. Prayers for

revelation of the Lord's will in calling and

empowering the next State Director as we

continue to pray for HJR 235 passage in

the Senate.

17 - SD:

Pray for several positions to be

filled with dedicated volunteers.

18 - WV:

Pray healing of WV State

Director Richard Glaw's stepdaughter

Shawn, who needs a liver transplant.

19 - WA:

Dear Lord, please change the

hearts and minds of legislators and the

people of Washington to protect children

from inappropriate content and evil

medical procedures. Please put passion in

the hearts of Washingtonians to volunteer

for COS and change hearts and minds in

Olympia and the whole state.

20 - TX:

Pray for our Texas Activist team

as they are under spiritual attack to derail

their activities for COS and other Self-

Governing causes.

21 -

Ask God to move the hearts of

Patriots to step-up and volunteer! We need

to build our grassroots army all over the

country.

22 - MI:

Please pray for the Michigan

Lobby day on October 24th. Pray that God

would prepare the hearts of the legislators,

open doors and give the volunteers

wisdom and favor. Pray also that God

would continue to raise up leaders for the

regions of Michigan that don't have them.

Pray that God grants physical and

emotional healing to the members of the

Michigan Team that need it.

23 - OH:

Please pray with us for our RC,

Dale Maris, that he would be relieved of

his serious hearing-related issues and

safely navigate his upcoming cochlear

implant.

24 - CT:

Please pray for our State Director

Maureen Zollo as she faces health

concerns.

25 - TN:

Prayers that God would prepare

the hearts and minds of legislators to be

receptive of and act favorably toward the

COS Article V resolution as it comes

before them in future legislative sessions.

26 - WV:

Give Praise and Thanksgiving for

several new Volunteers for SIA, LL, VCD,

and SGC!

27 - FL:

Bless our request for an Article V

working group. Fill every conversation

between our state and national teams with

well-meaning for our State and our Nation

and lead us to a successful approach to

prepare our legislators and our team for

the convention we have faith will come to

pass.

28 - ID:

Randy Armstrong, our former

legislative sponsor, has been blessed with

a liver transplant. He now is dealing with

complications that affect his kidneys. Pray

with us that he will find comfort and

healing; We continue to pray for Donna

Shove’s son-in-law after he was injured

with a broken collar bone, and his family of

7 kids, as they deal with the difficulties of

his healing and suffering from fires in their

community.

29 - KY:

Pray for healing for a few of our

team members with health issues

including continued  prayers for Brett

Greene, for healing of his foot as he steps

into SD leadership role; pray also that we

fill other needed roles within our state

leadership.

30 - WY:

Please keep our team in your

prayers. Pray for strength and resilience

as we go about our duties for COS. It can

be disheartening when there are setbacks

- pray that they continue being the happy

warriors I know they are.

31 - OH:

Pray that Jason Stephens,

Speaker of the House, would have his

heart and mind opened to the serious

need for Ohio to pass our resolution.
