The Power of Prayer

Romans 8:15-17

We don’t have to ask God to do something He has already promised us - His

children. We see Jesus in the Bible performing a miracle and realize that He did

not pray to the Father – he spoke to the problem and told it to GO! Our

heavenly Father has given us this authority too, with the power of the Holy

Spirit living in us.

Matthew 9:22

Jesus says to the woman who touched His hem and was healed of her blood

disease he spoke “Be of good cheer, daughter; your

faith

has made you well.”

Matthew 9:29

Jesus heals two blind men “Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to

your

faith

let it be to you.”

Again in

Matthew 9:2-4

”When Jesus saw the

faith

(of the paralytic), he said

“Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you…Arise, take up your bed,

and go to your house.”

Faith speaks! When we speak God’s will with the authority of Jesus’ name,

mountains can move. When our prayers are in His will and His name is above

all names, we become one with the Father.

There is a hearing

on the NH faithful commissioner bill on
May 2nd! Please pray for the team to be
ready for the committee hearing.

Michigan:

Praise God for His

provision in MI and for His will to be
done during the Surge Days on the 3rd,
9th and 17th.

Pray that He continues to

protect our team and their families.

Massachusetts:

Pray the HOLY

SPIRIT will be present at the National

Day of Prayer event in Plymouth on

May 4 where Mark Meckler and Rick

Green will be speaking.

Tennessee:

Pray for our in person meeting in

Loudon, TN today.

Maine:

Please pray for the State

Senate to believe in the Constitution

and allow HP 1058 to be heard in the

State and Local Committee and hear

the Grassroots Patriots’ testimonies.

Idaho:

COS team will be at the

Lewis Clark Trader gun show in Idaho

Falls on May 6th and 7th. Pray for

success in numbers of petition signers

and volunteers.

Vermont:

Pray for continued growth

and momentum in Vermont. Pray for

Sponsor Mark Higley to continue the

fight and give JRH1 an opportunity to

be heard in committee.

North Carolina:

Pray that our

Senators will act honorably and vote

according to the word they gave our

volunteers. Pray also that the Lord will

help us add two or three Senators to

our whip count to confirm passage.

New Hampshire:

Pray for a

motivating and encouraging State

Strategy Meetup May 9th. Pray that

many join the meeting, bring new

ideas, encouragement, dedication and

positivity.

Oregon:

Pray for efforts to align

COS outreach with other conservative

initiatives and organizations operating

here that it will boost their efforts and

grow grassroots’ exposure.

Nevada:

Pray for RC Bill

Harenburg’s wife Yvonne recovering

from a fall and pray that the Lord will

open doors to a new job for RC Nina

Lemons.

Idaho:

Pray for success at the

Town Halls we are planning with

legislators during the off-season.

Tennessee:

Pray for our in person

meeting in Dayton, TN today.

Tennessee:

Please be in prayer

for the Patriot Academy Constitution

Coaches workshop being held in

Murfreesboro, TN on Saturday, May

13th.

California:

Pray for new

opportunities, growth, fortitude and

perseverance as we spread the word

about COS and plant the seeds of

liberty.

Tennessee:

Pray for our in

person meetings in McMinnville,

Jamestown, and Powell, TN today.

Rhode Island:

Pray for patriots in

Rhode Island to step up to join the fight

for Article V and self governance.

Florida:

Prayers for finding the

perfect location for our in-person June

State Strategy Meeting and for the LL

team planning our State Legislators

Homecoming Town Halls.

South Carolina:

Pray for passage

of the SC Human Life Protection Act.

Virginia:

Pray for successful

outcomes to our primary challenge

efforts in VA.

Colorado:

Pray that the eyes of

the CO legislators be opened to see

the evil they are submitting to and will

repent.

West Virginia:

Pray for

successful training and retention of

new LL and DCs.

Tennessee:

Pray for our in person

meeting in Murfreesboro and

Tullahoma, TN today.

Nevada:

Thanksgiving for a

successful lobby day rally last month at

our capitol.

Oregon:

Please pray for the

Oregon team to be guided by God with

wisdom in all they do.

Kentucky:

Pray for healing for

Brett Greene and for safe travels and

restoration of spirit and strength for our

State Director, Mary Jo Wedding.

Utah:

Pray for Richard, a friend of

COS, who has been diagnosed with

advanced cancer and is far from home

and family during his 2-month

treatment. Pray also for patience and

comfort for his family.

Colorado:

Mark Farmer's wife,

Peggy and for God's comfort for Vivian

Garcia and her family as they endure a

significant loss, that they may know the

certain hope of Jesus and His

resurrection

Tennessee:

Pray for our

in person meeting in Hixson, TN today.

South Carolina:

Pray for

miraculous healing and full recovery for

Dr. Sam and Nadine McDonald.

Washington:

Pray for Gov. Inslee

and the legislative Democrats who

promoted SB 5599, that God will give

them repentance and a new heart.

Pray for encouragement for the

legislators who tried in vain to stop the

bill.

Tennessee:

Pray for our in person

meeting in Shelbyville and Decatur, TN

today.

Full recovery and

return to action of Kelly Kelley

Nevada:

Pray for a turn in the

state’s GOP leadership to support

calling a Convention of States and for

growth in support from northern

Nevada conservative groups.

Colorado:

Pray for God’s wisdom

for the team discerning ways to protect

free and fair elections in CO.

31 - Pray for the Western region to

grow their grassroots, for the right

people to come into our midst and that

all our teams would be bold in what

they do.
