The Power of Prayer

mercy on me, and hear my prayer. . . but know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him
who is godly, The Lord will hear when I call to Him.” (Psalm 4:1&3)

Pray God’s will in what He has already promised us and He will hear us!

Daily Prayer Guide for March 2024

1 - NC:

Pray for Regional Captain Jeff Groh

who is fighting an aggressive advanced
lymphoma. Jeff has been a pillar of the
North Carolina Team.

2 - OR:

Join Oregon in praying many will

find the courage and commitment to join the
Prayer Warrior Leadership Team to grow
and guide our grassroots in prayer for our
COS mission. Remember, God never gives
us a task He doesn't equip us to do.

3 - SC:

Pray for healing for a family member

of Legislative Liaison Chris Poyatt suffering
from a brain tumor.

4 - DE:

Pray for the rally tomorrow (3/5) at

the Legislative Hall in Dover and for the
COS resolution that should come up for a
vote in the Senate in March or April. Pray
God helps us secure a few more votes in
support so that we might pass the
resolution.

5 VA:

Pray God softens the hearts and

minds of our VA State Delegates and
Senators so they will get on board with COS
and help sponsor or co-sponsor our Article
V resolution for submission next year.

6 - SD:

Pray for God’s help in building our

team at all levels with dedicated people.

7 - MI:

Praise God for the doors He has

opened for the Michigan team and pray that
He would bring more people to fill key
leadership positions and give them favor
with the Michigan legislature.

8 - CO:

Pray for District Captain Mark Ryan

and his wife, Judy Ryan. Judy is in need of
healing from a neurological event which has
left her struggling with walking. Mark is in
need of strength and encouragement as he
supports Judy through the rehab process.

9 - KY:

Pray for healing for State Director

Brett Greene who had to step down due to
serious health issues. Please also pray for
God to raise up additional support for acting
State Director and Legislative Liaison Mary
Jo Wedding in leading the State Team.

10 - NC:

Pray for the NC Senate Leader to

bring our COS resolution up for a floor vote
and for subsequent passage in the State
Senate.

11 - VA:

Pray for the transition of State

Director from John Dahmen, who is moving
to NC, to our current State Information
Analyst David Haring. Pray that God gives
help, mercy and guidance for both of these
incredible leaders in transition.

12 - WV:

Pray for Legislative Liaison Martin

Durst, who has had to step down to care for
his aging father and for former State
Director Tracy Friend for strengthening,
healing and restoration of her whole family.

13 - SC:

Pray for South Carolina team

members Nathaniel Bell and Michael
Agneta.

14 - CO:

Pray for District Captain Loretta

Perry for healing from a recent accident
which has aggravated her lupus related
arthritis.

15 - IL:

Pray for wisdom and favor from God

as we come out of our state strategy
meeting held in February for Northern IL and
for God to move at the remaining strategy
meeting for Southern IL tomorrow (3/16),
Pray God helps us to continue picking up
Democrats and Republicans in support of
the COS resolution in both houses. Pray for
travel safety of our Patriots for those events
and our Citizen Action Day at the capital in
April (4/17).

16 - FL:

Pray for the family of Regional

Director Grant Martin, for strength, healing,
guidance and well-being. Grant lost his wife
suddenly in November of 2023 and just lost
his father in February.

17 - KY:

Pray for team members Tom

France and Sammy Walker who are both
experiencing serious health issues.

18 - OR:

Pray for ALL COS volunteers who

face health issues, known and unknown.
Pray for healing and that their care
providers can meet their needs.

19 - CO:

Pray for the fight against corruption

within our CO state legislature, executive
and judicial

20 - OR:

Pray for Oregonians to find hope,

that they may be moved to take action and
lead to our petition.

21 - SD:

Pray that God would grant the

wisdom needed in the planning of upcoming
events.

22 - WA:

Prayer for our legislators and

those in power to follow the state and
federal constitutions and have the best
interests of children and families. Pray that
our citizens are empowered to know their
rights, do their civic duty in securing liberty,
while keeping our government accountable.

23 - TX:

Pray for volunteers today

presenting the removal of the TX COS
expiration to their county convention
delegation. Pray for ears to hear and open
hearts to receive our message so that we
gain more petition signers and remain on
the state Republican platform. Please also
pray for a 50% increase in COS delegation
to the state convention and increase in
counties from 19 to 50 that vote FOR COS
to be added to the platform and made a
legislative priority.

24 - Palm Sunday:

Today many Christians

around the world remember Jesus’
triumphal entry into Jerusalem leading up to
his crucifixion. Pray today that we might also
seek the kind of leadership Jesus did; being
willing to lay down our lives for the sake of
others.

25 - CO:

Praise God for answering your

prayers on behalf of Judy Ryan who is
making progress in rehab. She is now able
to speak.

26 - KY:

Pray that God aids us in moving

our resolution out of committee and out of
the house to gain the momentum we have
been working for.

NY:

Pray for New York‘s

Surge Day activities today.

27 - SC:

Please continue prayers of healing

for former Legislative Liaison Dr. Sam
McDonald III and his wife Nadine.

28 - Maundy Thursday:

Today many

Christians remember Jesus’ last meal with
his disciples in the upper room. He washed
their feet and told them to become servants
of all. Pray that we are willing to serve as
Jesus served and obey his example for us.

29 - Good Friday:

Today many Christians

remember Jesus’ death. It is a somber day
of reflection on the cost God undertook to
redeem His creation. Spend time reflecting
today on the great lengths God went to in
order to show His love to creation. Pray that
God uses your life for great purpose this
year.

30 - CO:

Pray for the Colorado team as we

continue to fight a spiritual battle.

31 - Easter:

Praise the Lord! Today many

Christians remember the Resurrection of
Jesus. Lift up your praise and thanks to God
for the myriad ways He is good to us.
