Scripture of the Month - 2 Peter 1:2-4

“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine

power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him

who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious

promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the

corruption in the world through lust.”

God’s pledges or assurances are promises not of the world, but of His divine nature. God’s promises

cannot be broken. This is his nature, that He cannot lie, therefore He keeps His promises.

The Power of Prayer

God of Promise

1 John 5:14-15, “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according

to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have

the petitions that we have asked of Him.“

God keeps His promises and God’s promises are for us! When we pray His will, our prayers are

answered. Pray with confidence and thanksgiving, knowing that as His child, he hears you.

1 - Pray for hearts of understanding in the

legislators of all the 43 legislative sessions that

will begin this week and this month.

2 - Pray for COS to double our growth in

petition signers in 2023 and to prosper in the

coming year so that all the plans made can be

implemented with no lack.

3 - Today there are 11 states in legislative

session. Pray that each member of every

chamber will take to heart all the petitions in

their district, and represent the desires of their

constituents.

4 - Florida: Pray for all attending the State

Strategy Meeting to arrive safely, for our

minds to be open to the process, and for our

ideas to be focused on the solution as we plan

for a very productive 2023.

5 - Pray for all our state teams, and our state

legislators, as the 2023 legislative sessions

begin.

6 - Pray for Mark Meckler and Sen. Rick

Santorum as they meet with freshman

legislators in Montana, Wyoming and Idaho.

7 -Pray today for your local city/town and that

God would bring awakening there.

8 - Texas: Prayers for successful meetings in

Austin on January 10 and January 12, as we

push to remove the sunset clause this

legislative session.

9 - Tennessee: Prayers for a successful surge

event on Tuesday, January 10.

10 - North Carolina: Pray for the House

Representatives’ and Senators’ health and

safety as they are sworn in tomorrow at noon.

Pray that they will come to a deep

understanding of the oath to the Constitution.

11 - Pray for all in our COS family who are sick

or facing unexpected di

culties, to be made

well; sustained.

12 - Pray for all our states who are working

hard to pass our resolution in this new year.

13 - Maine:

Pray for success of a coordinated

ort to eliminate the two-thirds rule required

to pass our resolution.

14 - New Hampshire: Pray for an ongoing

flood of citizen support as HCR 1 moves

through the legislature.

15 - Praise prayer of thanks for another year

and another day to live free and share the good

news.

16 - New York:

Thank God for new avenues of

events and pray that these opportunities will

continue to grow to o

set the decline in

attendance at gun shows.

17 - Hawaii: prayers for a successful opening

day on Jan 18 and the weekly visits to follow.

18 - Pennsylvania:

Pray for DC and regional

leadership recruiting. Pray that the resolution

moves quickly through the House early in the

session.

19 - North Carolina: Pray for safe travels for

Mark Meckler and Michael Farris and all those

who travel to hear them speak at the Town Hall

in Wilkesboro tonight. Pray for high

attendance by legislators and hearts and minds

open to the truth of convention of states.

20 - Vermont:

Pray for a growing sense of

community in the leadership.

21 - Hawaii: prayers for Senator Wakai's e

to introduce our resolution and get it referred

to his PSM committee.

22 - Rhode Island:

Pray for good registration

for February's Prayer Brunch.

Thank God for

the commitment of a key legislator to attend.

23 - Kansas: Pray that the Kansas House will

change their rules to remove the 2/3rds

supermajority requirement.

24 - Pray for our state team leaders to be re-

energized by the Holy Spirit and be successful

in their team building e

ff

orts.

25 - New Mexico: Pray for the team as they

fight every day and as they introduce the

resolution after years of inaction. Pray the

team will have new life!

26 - Arizona: Pray for successful e

ff

orts

recruiting TelePatriot members to assist an in

person event at the Capitol on rally surge day

tentatively scheduled January 27th.

27 - California: Please pray for the CA team to

overcome the impossible. They are

experiencing roadblock after roadblock. Please

pray they will be determined to fight every day.

28 - North Dakota: Pray for COS supporters

to be awake, not woke, and actively join our

ND team.

29 - Utah: Prayers for a successful surge event

on Monday, January 30.

30 - Hawaii: prayers that we get our resolution

to a committee hearing in the House.

31 - Nevada: Pray for the preparations in

reaching the legislators so that the February

6th opening can bring a sponsor and supporters

of the COS Resolution.
