The Power of Prayer

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may
overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (

Romans 15:13)

We become a source of hope to others when our faith grows and we stand together in the
faith and hope of a risen Savior. Pray these words given to us in God’s Holy Word, the Bible,
and anticipate God’s fulfillment of His promises.

“but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)

We receive our power from the Holy Spirit. Pray Isaiah 40:31 and be renewed in your spirit!

Daily Prayer Guide for February 2024

1 - HI:

Pray for our team’s strategy to visit

legislators offices each Wednesday this

month and pass out COS materials for

legislators to read.

2 - CO:

Please pray that we can add more

District Captains in Colorado.

3:

Pray for upcoming Oklahoma Surge

Day on Feb. 6th and Wisconsin Surge

Days on Feb. 13th

4 - TN:

Pray for a Tennessee Senate

Judiciary Committee hearing happening

on February 6th discussing SB 620,

Family Rights and Responsibilities Act

(parental rights), an Alliance Defending

Freedom model bill that our team is

supporting as F3 (Federalism

Freedom

Fundamental Rights) legislation focused

on fundamental rights.

5 - SD:

That God would move on the

hearts of the Senate State Affairs and they
will vote favorably for our Resolution.

6 - OH:

Please pray for a successful day

when COS volunteers present testimony in
an Ohio House Committee hearing on Feb
6th. The team has been practicing and
waiting a long time for our resolution to
pass out of a committee.

7 - MO:

Pray for a successful Surge Day

occurring in

Missouri

today

8 - WY:

Pray for blessings to be showered

on Wyoming and the rest of the nation this
year. That the eyes and ears of those who
are blocking the restoration of the nation
are finally opened. And pray that all of us
in COS remain in truth, ask for humility and
are kind no matter who we encounter.

9 - NH:

Pray for a committee scheduled

today in executive session on a rescission
bill. Pray that the committee would reject
fear-mongering and refuse to pass
legislation that recites false information
about Article V.

10 - ID:

Idaho's three month 2024

legislative session began right after the first
of the year, and we are in the best position
we have seen in years to get the COS
resolution passed. Pray that leadership
would continue to show favor to our efforts
and that a few legislators who have waffled
on us in the past would determine to stand
strongly in favor. Pray that we would
quickly secure all the votes we need to
pass through key committees and on the
floor. Pray that the legislators will see
through the lies of our attackers, and
commit to supporting the COS cause.

11 - FL:

The Florida team is offering

prayers to all our Pending States. May
each and every one of them experience
new levels of success in moving their state
applications forward!

12 - MT:

Continuing prayers of comfort for

team member Cliff Sisko, grieving the loss
of his wife and healing for District Captain
Donna Chippewa, who is suffering with
migraine headaches in her eyes.

13:

Pray for the

Utah

Surge Day being

held today and the

Arkansas

Surge Day

scheduled for tomorrow.

14 - Ash Wednesday:

Today many

Christians begin recognizing the season of
Lent as they prepare for Holy Week and
Easter. This 40 day season symbolizes
Jesus’ fast and temptation in the desert for
40 days. Pray during this season for God to
help us all remain hopeful, faithful and
strong even during difficult times.

15 - MT:

Prayers of healing for the husband

of District Captain Team member Kelsey
Rothing, who broke his knee cap this week
in a work related incident.

16 - ID:

Faithful volunteer Paul West, and

former Prayer Warrior Leader Team
member, has been diagnosed with
melanoma cancer. Pray for patience as he
waits for further testing to determine
treatment options. Please pray that the
cancer can be stopped, wisdom for his
doctors and for God to give him and his
wife peace facing this trial.

17 - WA:

Please pray for the state of

Washington. We have submitted
convention language to our county party
platforms all over the state. We want this
language approved at our county and state
conventions. Pray that God will change the
hearts and minds of legislators to see the
truth and do the right thing for future
generations.

18 - MT:

Pray for wisdom as we develop

our strategy to be involved in state
legislative elections this year.

19 - SC:

Pray for the sister of our Regional

Captains Sheila Reiland who has been
hospitalized for a life threatening lung
issue.

20 - FL:

Florida requests prayers for our

10th Anniversary Rally in Tally today. Pray
that our rally be filled with incredible
speakers and a record breaking supportive
audience. We also ask that our efforts to
educate both our supportive and
unsupportive legislators on the finer details
of Article V and the process for a
Convention of States.

21 - MT:

Prayers for positive results of

medical tests for Co-State Director Dan
Maclean and for relief from work stress for
Volunteer Shelli Norton.

22 - ID:

Idaho's Republican presidential

primary has been replaced with a caucus
this year. Pray that many COS workers and
supporters will volunteer to help with the
caucus to show our commitment to our
nation, our state and free and fair elections.

Pray for Nathaniel Bell, the son-in-

law of our Legislative Liaison Chris Poyatt,
who is going through brain surgery for
multiple tumors.

24 - AZ:

Pray for the Surge Day today in

Arizona.

25 - MT:

Prayers for healthy growth for the

prematurely born granddaughter of
Volunteers Dennis and Karla Graham.

26 - SC:

Pray for Regional Captain Debbie

Easter, who has a daughter that has been
hospitalized for diabetic ketoacidosis.

27 - NC:

Pray for the upcoming Primary on

March 5, that enough conservative Poll
Workers can be placed in the state to
balance and help ensure election integrity.

28:

Pray against the spirit of divisiveness in

American society. Pray that God unites our
fellow citizens to value self-governance
and liberty once again.

29:

Pray for the continued growth of our

Servant Leadership program in COS and
for a culture of Servant Leadership to be
spread beyond our organization into
society.
