Prayer Team Guide - December 2023
The Power of Prayer
When Jesus was presented in the temple after His birth, Simeon sees the newborn Messiah
and offers a powerful prayer to God.
“Lord, now You are letting Your servant depart in peace, according to Your word; For my eyes
have seen Your salvation which You have prepared before the face of all peoples, a light to
bring revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of Your people Israel.”
Luke 2:29
Pray with Mark Meckler in December:
“Lord, please help us to see the right path, Your path, to the salvation of our nation. Our
nation was formed in Your image, by prayerful people who followed Your word, and we desire
to help return the nation, both politically and spiritually to You. Help us Lord, to do this as a
group, as a team, and as a family who believe in the greatness of Your Glory, and Your vision
for the United States of America. Help us to surrender to You, humble ourselves before You,
abide in You, wait patiently for You, and always to listen to and for You. Raise up your people
among us, and help us to be strong and patient as we work to return this nation to the path
You set for us, all for Your glory. I pray these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus
Christ.”
