The Convention of States (COS) Patriot Pin is presented to Ms. Josephine Gilbert for exemplary performance of duties serving as District Captain of the NoVA-South Region, Virginia State Team.  Regional Captain Scott Camden awards District Captain Josephine Gilbert COS Patriot Pin Ms. Gilbert first stepped forward as a volunteer in July 2021, quickly becoming District Captain three months later. She has demonstrated exemplary initiative to host COS information tables at numerous public events, build strong working relationships with her state legislators, and establish COS as an influential organization with a wide range like-minded political groups across Fauquier County.
