This update is provided to keep you posted on organizational changes and updates. We are issuing this weekly report each Monday that the National Team meets! He asked for prayers and guidance that we might be prudent and successful in any effort we pursue. Mark Meckler is at the Texas Capitol awaiting the vote in both the Senate and House on the passage of their new resolution and removal of the Sunset Clause. He reminded us all to continue steadfastly in our prayers for this but always remembering that in our faith, we often fail - we say we know God is in control, but doubt creeps in - spare us the doubt and keep our faith strong! Remember, the Duty is ours, the results are God's!! District Captain and Volunteer activity is an area we really need to focus on. Those activity reports are available to communicate to our donors all the great work each of you are doing out there in the trenches! It only takes a second to file an activity report on your phone or computer. And for those District Captains reading this, we need to strive for 100% activity in Citizen Builder! We have 32,800+ volunteers. We are moving away from the ‘5+ million supporters’ number. Let's all make sure we are using this information as cited!  We still need your star team members' videos from your state as we revamp COSU to make it more current, and timely. Nothing better than Grassroots teaching Grassroots!! Send us your videos even if you aren't sure we can use them, we will use them for one format or another! In case you are wondering what to put in those videos, a man on the street review of a booth set up, how to get a petition signed, how to set up a district meeting, short 3-5 minute videos of you doing what you do every day! Forward them to your RD please!  Please mark your calendars with the date - our next Grassroots Leadership Focus Call - will be May 13th at 9:00 EST. If you need help, reach out to your RD and they can hook you up with assistance! For our states, your contact will be Susan Sigler! Let's get our teammates on so we can make it the great communication tool it can be. We would like to see a more robust participation with this new format.
