OUR CONTESTS

Use Constitution Day to prepare Idaho students for the work that awaits them!

ALL IDAHO STUDENTS CAN ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A CASH PRIZE!

content.conventionofstates.com_cosaction-prod_public_content_images_70473_70473_original.jpeg In support of their future duty, the Convention of States Action, Teach Freedom program works to educate Idaho students about early American history, the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and our founding principles. This year Convention of States Action will also add a bit of fun to Constitution Day – with a contest.

Students in grades 7 through 12 are invited to submit essays defending specific rights enshrined in our Constitution. Judging will be done in two age groups – grades 7 through 9, and grades 10 through 12.

We hope you also feel that it is important for our Idaho students to participate and will invite them to enter our Constitution Day contest! Please present the following documents to your students. Submissions are due by September 30, 2023.
