%%*%% How to run a Petition List for your District(s)%%*%% Regional Captain Weekly Checklist 1. Log into Citizen Builder to check the LMT at least three times a week. Keep the last date of contact within 14 days. The Last Update column for both Open and In Process records is color coded to assist you: o Green = 1-14 days o Amber = 15-29 days o Red = 30+ 2. Communicate with each DC in your region at least once a week. Consider having our TP lead set a TP mission up in your district to assist you with this task. 3. Hold monthly regional team meetings {if region is large, be sure to alternate between virtual & in-person}.
