Who should attend?
If you are reading this – we want you to attend! Why? Whether you are new and just getting started OR you have been with COS for years, we have implemented many changes and added new tools so we can all be more effective at the local level.

To those volunteers who have been with us for over a year, many of you do not have a local District Captain and lack the weekly structure, guidance, and fellowship needed to make a strong local team. This meeting will help fix this issue. We want you to re-engage with us. This is important!
