Convention of States hero, Senator Steve Halloran, has introduced LR31 (the Convention of States legislation) for consideration when the Unicameral returns from their break. It is imperative for you to let your State Senator know you want Nebraska locked in with Convention of States by supporting LR31 ASAP.
| The Nebraska Unicameral successfully passed the Convention of States legislation in 2022 to join the effort as state 17 of the 34 needed to call the first ever Article V Convention for proposing amendments to the US Constitution. That 2022 legislation was passed with a limitation of just a couple of years before it will expire.
