ND How does your Legislator Elect Stand? --Johnston

URGENT! Does your newly elected legislator stand with ND Convention of States?

The ND legislature resumes in January. This is your opportunity to let your newly elected legislator know that you want them to continue to support the ND Convention of States resolution.

Your help will be crucial in the coming weeks.

Please help ND by doing 1, 2, 3 or all 4 of these:

The MOST IMPACTFUL activity is to WRITE a personal note to Daniel Johnston, legislator elect, at this address: 5807 Valley Rd Kathryn ND 58049

CALL Daniel Johnston, at (701) 840-3257, encouraging continued support of the ND Convention of States resolution in 2025 session.

TEXT Daniel at (701) 840-3257 with a brief message telling them your name, hometown, and WHY you support Convention of States.

EMAIL a short message at djohnston@ndlegis.gov regarding your support of an Article V convention.

Suggested talking points: (Remember to be kind and respectful)

* Let them know you are a voter in their district.
* Thank them for their willingness to serve North Dakota.
* An Article V convention provides the only real opportunity to restore the original intent of the U.S. constitution and impose:
* Term Limits on bureaucrats and congress
* Fiscal Restraint on the Federal Government
* Limiting federal overreach and tame the bureaucrats trying to tell North Dakota how to use our land and resources

* State legislators have the power and duty to restrain the federal government
* Continue to hold our resolution in place
