Money for Education in Jordan, Not US

USAID fritters away $201 million of our tax money.

United States Agency for International Aid (USAID) spent over $201 million of our tax dollars on an education project in Jordan between FY 2020 and 2021.

While the education system in the US has produced graduates who do not speak or write English to any standard (even compared to previous years), we are funding education in Jordan.

And while we have student loans for education that are close to $2 Trillion, we are funding the education improvement in underdeveloped countries.

We have an education system in the US that is faced with many critical challenges. It seems outrageous to be funding and advocating our education systems pushing our broken educational model to other areas.

The problem with this funding is that not only the US need solutions here but that the money sent to others is not traceable and no one is accountable, nor are the educational outcomes measured.

Apparently, it must be noble to push our educational process to under-developed countries.

Stay tuned to our Blogs to know more about how your government is frittering away your money.
