Second, take advantage of COS University. We offer free classes to the general public pertaining to the Constitution and Convention of States. Once you have completed the three introductory courses and have been assigned a volunteer position you will have access to our full catalog of classes that will help strengthen your knowledge and ability to perform your duties and defend America.
