With Mark Meckler on the road this weekend, check out this previously unreleased testimony which was given before a Wisconsin legislative committee in favor of the Convention of States Action resolution for an Article V convention that can propose amendments on three topics: term limits on Congress and federal officials, fiscal restraints on the federal government, and other limits on the federal government.
