Mail or Scan Paper Petitions to Archive
| Once paper petitions have been entered, they must be archived. Even though we have the information in CitizenBuilder, someone may challenge us on a petition. National has set up an archive for paper petitions for that reason. When you have a stack of paper petitions, indicate on them that they have been entered and mail them to: Convention of States, 7670 Opportunity Rd, Ste 205, San Diego, CA 92111 You can also scan them and email the scanned images (saved as .png, .jpg, gif, tiff, or bmp format) to [email protected]. Be sure to include in the email that they have already been entered. |
