![]() Louisiana Teams/Coalitions/Task-forces Title/Leader Description Volunteers Legislative Rapid Response Leader: Volunteers who are willing to come to the State Capitol when they are needed to attend legislative committee meetings or for other reasons deemed necessary by the LL. Susie Labry Jeff Labbe Legislative Caucus Team Leader: Interface with various state legislative caucuses with the goal of introducing the legislators to COS. 1.Find out where and when legislators meet (check web sites) 2.Find out how to communicate with them. 3.Find out if meetings are public or private. 4.Identify speakers to speak to caucuses. Susie Labry Education Task Force Leader: Update the state team on educational issues we need to be aware of in the state. Help research topics involved in approved Non- COS legislation and team involvement. Research possible Non-COS legislation and write proposals for such. Help research topics involved in approved Non- COS legislation and team involvement. Bobby Mills Van Walter Faith Coalition (Prayer Team & Biblical Citizenship) Leader: Keep a LA prayer list and share with the team and with the National Prayer Team where appropriate. 1.Identify a faith-based message showing the connection between COS goals and faith that can be presented to the public. 2.Identify groups that support the Judeo-Christian ethic. Consider the views of the Founders, Wall Builders, Patriot Academy, etc. 3.Participate in the National Day of Prayer. 4.Create a Louisiana prayer list. 5.Help organize biblical citizenship classes in various regions.
