What does a District Captain do? * Build a team of volunteers in your district to take action. * Plan action events to grow COS in your district. * Work with DC's and volunteers in your region whenever possible. * Build a relationship with your state legislators. How long does it take? If you are willing to invest anywhere from 2-6 hours a week, you can be a great District Captain. Is there training? Yes!
