| Call Blitz this Friday, December 10 with Mark Meckler! 9:30am-12:30pm ET! Click here to join! WHAT: Convention of States has been making TelePatriot calls to get people out to vote in a critically important runoff school board election for the Houston Independent School District! Our goal was to make 14,400+ phone calls, and we have almost hit our goal, with only 2 days left until election day! Join us in making calls today! HOW: If you are willing to help us make calls, please fill out this survey. We will make sure you have been assigned the TP Volunteer role, and get you added to the mission. (Note: There's a section of this video that discusses “tags.” That portion of the video does not apply to the Houston mission, so you may ignore it) https://youtu.be/_e8M0wxQMjc WHY: Convention of States had a major impact on the elections in Virginia and New Jersey, thanks to the hard work of our incredible activists. We successfully made over 13,000 phone calls to encourage people to get out and vote in those elections! Now, we have another opportunity to impact an incredibly important school board runoff election in the Houston Independent School District. For the first time ever, Convention of States Action sent a candidate survey to candidates for school board, focusing on Houston because it is the largest school district in Texas, and the seventh largest district in the country. School board elections are notoriously difficult for voters, because they are rarely able to learn where candidates stand on the issues. With this survey, we can now educate the voters on where these candidates stand on issues such as COVID-19 vaccine mandates, mask mandates, Critical Race Theory, and more.
