| ===== SURGE DAY - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ===== ====== The purpose of Surge Day is for supporters to meet their legislatures and ask them to pass the resolution. We ask supporters to schedule an appointment with their legislators for this day. Find your legislator contact information HERE ====== ====== SCHEDULE ====== == 10am: Registration, training & general information in WW54 (on the Garden level Senate side) == == 10:30-12pm: Watch legislative proceedings from the galleries in the Senate and House chambers. Tour may be arranged == == 12-1:00pm: Lunch on your own. Please join us in the Crows Nest dining room at near room WW54 (Garden level Senate side). Local restaurant options 1-2 blocks from Capitol. See map below. == == 1:00pm Lincoln Auditorium (Garden level on the Senate side). Hear from legislators about the Article V resolution and the legislative process. == == 2:00pm -Meet with your legislators (we encourage you to pre-schedule your meeting). == ====== PARKING ====== There are multiple parking lots metered parking options immediately around the Capitol. Details are as follows. For more info go to cityofboise.org/visitors/parking:   ===== DINING ===== ==== The most convenient dining option is the is the Capitol Dining Room on the garden level of the Capitol. We will secure several tables for supporters. Restaurants are available 2-3 blocks away from the Capitol. Here is a map of area restaurants ====  ===== TOURING ===== === The idaho Capitol building is rich with history. Both guided and self-guiding tours are available. We encourage our supporters to make the most of their visit.
