The West Virginia Judiciary Committee needs to act now to rein in the federal government - but they urgently need your encouragement.
| Time is short and the House Judiciary Committee needs to act before it is too late. The Convention of States resolution (House version HCR 29 and Senate version SCR 5) needs to be heard in the committee by tomorrow, Tuesday, April 6. Email Judiciary Chair Moore Capito at moore.capito@wvhouse.gov now! The House Judiciary Chair, Del. Moore Capito, needs to hear from West Virginia patriots. He has the constitutional power to impose term limits on Congress and federal officials, impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, and rein in the federal behemoth. He can do this using the Convention of States resolution (HCR 29 or SCR 5). But he needs to hear from YOU! Points to consider when emailing Chairman Capito: * Always be professional and courteous. * Email him at moore.capito@wvhouse.gov * Ask him to move Convention of States resolution (HCR 29 or SCR 5) through the Judiciary Committee. * Tell him why it is important to you. * Thank him for his service in the state legislature.
