Georgia HB200 will be going to the house floor for a vote this session. HB 200 will allow ranked choice voting to be instituted. I have been informed that Georgians should fully expect HB200 to be passed by the Georgia House and moved to the Senate to be voted on. I'm told the Senate vote is currently a coin flip with the expectation, should it pass, it would be vetoed by Governor Kemp.

Runoffs can be put aside by enacting a simple majority requirement to win election.
