| Explaining the fundamental aspects of the effort to call an Article V convention requires a grounding in, well, the fundamentals. Who better to talk about the merging of history, education, and the principles of Western Civilization with strengthening the engagement and effectiveness of grassroots activists than Convention of States California State Director, homeschool mom, and history teacher Mary Hebert? She is the featured guest on the October 24 edition of **"Grassroots Groundbreakers"**, which can be heard by clicking here. This latest episode, entitled “Lessons That STICK: Using History to Deepen Activist Commitment”, is hosted by Convention of States Action Chief Grassroots Officer Mike Ruthenberg. Mary discusses her experience in homeschool education and grassroots activism, in addition to her interest in WallBuilders and Patriot Academy, which led her to volunteer with the Convention of States movement, and why she eventually felt called to become State Director in California.
