Attachment: 4722/Gregory_L_Taylor_updated_BIO_05-23-2025.pdf

Gregg Taylor, Regional Captain, Northeast Texas

Gregg  brings  over  30  years  of  leadership,  service,  and  constitutional  passion  to  the
Convention  of  States  movement. A  seasoned  Human  Resources  professional,  Gregg
has  spent  decades  navigating  complex  employee  relations  and  governmental
operations, including more than 13 years serving with the U.S. Army Civilian Personnel
Advisory Center at Red River Army Depot. His background also includes managing HR
operations in Iraq supporting the U.S Military efforts, and working directly with veterans
with the Texas Workforce Commission.

As a Regional Captain for Northeast Texas, Gregg draws on his deep understanding of
government overreach and firsthand experience with bureaucratic inefficiency to inspire
fellow Texans to reclaim their voice through Article V. Known for his steady leadership,
strategic  insight,  and  unwavering  commitment  to  liberty.  Gregg  is  a  dynamic  and
compelling speaker who reminds citizens that the Founding Fathers gave us the tools-
we just need to use them.
