Grassroots Connect for Fellowship and Growth in Clayton

Grassroots activists gathered to start their weekend with coffee, fellowship, and COS in Clayton, NC, on May 31st.

A COS monthly meeting was held on Saturday, May 31st in Clayton, NC. Grassroots activists gathered to start their weekend with coffee, fellowship, and COS. In attendance were five Leaders and six regular active volunteers.

Following the agenda prepared by District Captain HD26 Louie Mobley, Brett McWhorter, District Captain HD28 did his normal outstanding job presenting the message. John Dahmen, Past State Director for Virginia is currently filling several key Leadership roles added very helpful information on several subjects. Our special guest, our very own Grassroots Coordinator Kate West from Charlotte, presented her thoughts and plans for the future direction of our grassroots. Normally our State Director is in attendance but she was unable to be there. We missed her and her smiling face.

Needless to say this was a productive meeting. Our leaders were outstanding and our volunteers were awesome as well. There is hope for our country. Can't wait till next meeting – view more info and register here. Everyone is welcome!
