Fighting Back North Dakota Recission Effort
North Dakota is facing a recission effort. We need YOUR help to defeat it!
| On Thursday, January 28, 2021, the North Dakota Senate Committee on Government and Veterans Affairs held a committee hearing on SCR 4004 to overturn all Article V resolutions passed by the North Dakota legislature. This includes the Convention of States application, which passed in 2017. Volunteers from North Dakota gathered at the capitol building, and gave passionate testimonies in opposition of this resolution. Now, we must follow-up their work by emailing members of the committee to submit a recommendation of Do Not Pass. We are calling on all of our North Dakota supporters to contact members of the committee to express opposition to SCR 4004. Below are the names and email addresses of the committee members. If you'd like to speak with them by phone, please call (701) 328-3375, and ask for the senator with whom you wish to speak. Finally, please remember to remain respectful and kind when corresponding with them.
