Due Diligence led me to Convention of States

The extraordinary people behind Convention of States Kansas

My name is Rebecca Dunlap, a Convention of States volunteer.

Back in the winter of 2013, I was visiting with my adult son, discussing freedom and liberty while watching Mark Levin. Mr. Levin mention his support of Convention of States. I had not heard of it, but my son encouraged me to check it out.

After doing my due diligence, I joined as a volunteer in March of 2014.

I encourage everyone to read Mr. Levin's book, “The Liberty Amendments.” He lays out suggestions for amendment and the reasons behind the suggestions.

According to Article V of our Constitution it takes the legislatures of 34 states to apply to have a convention to look at specific amendment subjects.

Any amendment approved at the convention would still require 38 states to ratify and become part of our US Constitution.

It is clear to me, looking back over the last 11 years, that no matter who is elected as president or who is in congress, they will not limit their own powers. We The People must step up and use our constitutional right to call a Convention of States.
