Dave Certa – Impressive Volunteer Leader

		Dave Certa is serving Convention of States Action (COSA) in an impressive fashion. Dave signed the COSA petition on June 25, 2016. Dave’s leadership skills were immediately recognized, and he has earned the respect of COSA volunteers, the leadership team (nationally) and WI Legislators. He currently heads up the Wisconsin Legislative Liaison Team, and he is a SIA – State Information Analyst. Dave is very active he has amassed over 118,745 Action Points which rank him the 24th highest activity in the nation for COSA. He is only outpaced in Wisconsin by his wife Terry Certa, she is ranked #12 in the country with over 166,000 earned activist points! To give you context for this achievement the next nearest earned activist points in Wisconsin is ranked 46th nationally. But, most importantly Dave has shared his considerable knowledge about the lay of the land of State of Wisconsin with COSA leadership. His advice and intelligent counsel is invaluable to Wisconsin COSA! Dave also serves the COSA Flyover Region as a SIA. He helps cover Wisconsin, Minnesota, Idaho, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Dave's Leadership with the Wisconsin Legislative Liaison Team was instrumental in Wisconsin passing the COSA Resolution as the 16th State. He has developed important relationships with the Wisconsin Legislature, and continues to build solid connections today. In addition to Dave’s roles, he also serves Wisconsin as a member of the Wisconsin State Director Team, Regional Captain Team, Follow Up Team, TelePatriot Volunteer and a TelePatriot Administrator. Dave has made over 730 TelePatriot calls and texts. Very impressive since these ranks as the 2nd highest number in Wisconsin. He suits up and shows up. Dave has worked innumerable events by manning a COSA table. And attends Wisconsin Team COSA virtual meetings every two weeks. Every week Dave also participates in the SD Team Meeting. His participation in every COSA endeavor is always considerate, intelligent and helpful. Thanks Dave! At the Wisconsin State Strategy Team Meeting today Dave is awarded another Patriot Coin. Inscribed on the coin are these words “All Power Vested And Consequentially Derived From the People”. Dave previously was awarded Convention of States Action most prestigious award a Challenger Coin Dave is Hoosier he grew up in Hammond, Indiana. A Veteran Dave, served in the U.S. Marine Corps 1965 – 1969. He graduated from Elmhurst College in Business Administration and worked in Information Management sector for 27 years. Currently Dave is a retired Dairy Farmer and Patriot! Dave, we in Convention of States Action, Wisconsin are very grateful for your service! Dave often says he is in it for our cause.
