| Calling All Petition Signers & Supporters of Article V The Dr Tom Coburn Article V Resolution is under attack and we need your help! At the request of the John Birch Society, leadership in the Rogers County GOP passed a resolution calling for every Article V resolution in the state to be rescinded. Oklahoma Republican party state leadership considered the resolution for adoption on Saturday, September 13th. They voted 67/64 to table the resolution. Other County GOP's continue to receive requests to consider additional resolutions. The resolutions have been misleading and grossly inaccurate about our Constitution and its history! For Rogers County to tell the citizens our Constitution is dangerous and not to be used is a red flag for all who value liberty. See Dr Michael Farris's response here.s Additionally, we are fighting a recission effort in our State Legislature. Rep Jim Olsen, out of Sequoyah County introduced a bill in 2025 to rescind all Article V Resolutions in the state of Oklahoma. The bill has till the end of the 2026 legislative session to get to the floor to be voted on till it dies. Our desire is for this grossly stated inaccurate bill to die. It contains fear and mis-leading information about the use of the Constitution. Here's how you can help: Gather a clear understanding of the Constitution for yourself.
