COS Missouri Guidebook for State Veterans Coalitions Directors
| The Veterans Coalitions Directors (VCD) and their team members are tasked with promoting the Convention of States Project within the organizations which support veterans and to help veterans with their interactions with their government. State Veterans Coalitions Coordinator Manual Citizen Builder You should have access to the entire Missouri database but your focus will be on those supporters who have defined themselves as veterans.
